New f3 story on the project series BeWhere Sweden

One of the first projects to start within f3 was titled Optimal localisation of second generation biofuel production in Sweden and became what would be the first in a series of three projects called BeWhere Sweden. The project series has investigated different factors affecting cost efficiency in production of forest based biofuels. The focus has been on placement of the production plants with the help of development of an geographically explicit model that takes a number of different conditions into account.

The third part of the project series is still on-going and is carried out within the f3 and Swedish Energy Agency collaborative research program Renewable transportation fuels and systems (Förnybara drivmedel och system). The final report is to be published during the fall of 2017.

A new article in the f3 stories series describes the work that has been done and the values that have been created from involvement of different stakeholders. Access it here (in Swedish).
