On 27 October 2017, the Steering Committee of ETIP Bioenergy, in which f3 is represented, reached an agreement on the position paper of the platform on the Renewable Energy Directive (RED) II proposal. The full paper, and a summary of key recommendations can be found in the latest newsletter from ETIP Bioenergy.
Earlier this year, f3 published a PM that compared the RED II proposal from the European Commission (proposed November 30th 2016) to the current RED, in regard to the suggested alterations that are relevant for develpoment and regulation on renewable transportation fuels. The PM is available here.
